I have been so busy that I am a bit behind on sharing awards that were so thoughtfully given to me by my fellow bloggers. So without further ado – let me proudly accept the Versatile Blogger award given to me by Montessori Tidbits!

When a blogger gives another blogger an award – it usually comes with a few rules to keep the love going:) In this case the rules are…
- Thank the person who gave you the award! (Thank you Montessori Tidbits
- Share 7 things about yourself.
- Pass the award on to 10 other versatile bloggers.
- Let those other bloggers know that you gave them the award.
7 things about me…
- My very first grand baby is due to be born in April.
- This means I am going to be a very young grandma!
- Ok – it just means I am going to be a super cool grandma but not so young.
- This also means that my husband will be a grandpa which means I will be married to a grandpa.
- This means my daughter will be a mommy – oh I can’t wait to watch her be a mommy!
- And my sweet son-in-law will be a daddy – a very loving daddy I might add.
- I am a rule breaker by nature as you will see below….
And this Versatile award shall be passed along to…
Irresistible Ideas for Play Based Learning
Inspiration Surrounds Creativity Abounds
April Flowers (Giggles and Crayons)
You didn’t think I could really stop at just 10 did you? I have lots more but most of these bloggers have been blogging along with me from the beginning with just a few newer faces in the mix. Anyone that can stick around and blog early childhood for such a long time is definitely VERSATILE in my book:)
So (because I am a terrible rule breaker) I wont be sending out messages to all of these terrific bloggers but I will invite you to follow them all as they are really dedicated to what they do. And if you don’t follow me – I am going to be really sad – so follow, follow, follow! If you are on this list and want to pass this award along – please do – you’ve earned it!

I am looking forward to the grand parenting experience:) I love watching your writing video today – so sweet to see your little girl growing up!
Thank you! You know, I have had a similar experience by reading other people’s blogs, its like I am watching these kids grow up. Its one of the reason I love the blogging community.
Me too:)
Thanks for including my blog in this list. I’m glad that you like my blog. I didn’t think it compared to the others on the list, but maybe some day. I enjoy blogging though and hope to continue for a long time. Thank you for inspiring me as well as others with your great ideas and knowledge in early childhood education.
We all have our own style of blogging Darcey and I appreciate all your hardwork and passion for early childhood education. Keep up the good work:)
Thanks Deborah ! I Like your ‘rules were made to be broken’ attitude. Any rules that restrict your generosity or hinder sharing your wisdom should definitely be broken!

Thank you so much for including “irresistible ideas” on your list and thank you for sharing all you do.
Donna
BTW Deborah, how long have you been blogging?
I started blogging around April, 2009 – So just about a year and a half! Some of these folks were blogging long before I came along – they were the reason I started my own blog and Facebook and Twitter:)
Congratulations on your award! Your blog is so inspiring and I find so many other great blogs through your postings. Thanks for including me on the list with these great blogs.
Thank you for continuing to share with all of us!
Congrats on becoming the youngest looking grandma in history!
And congrats on your award, too, it’s much deserved!! Thanks for passing it along to me as well.
I just saw this, Deborah! Thanks!
I do really appreciate it, but you know, I’m not very good about passing these along . . . But don’t worry, I’ll find a way to pay back some linky-love in the near future! =)
I do know that about you Tom and it is never a worry! You always are a good friend to me:)
